Professionally…

I’ve been a product manager for more than a decade, leading work across healthcare and e-commerce at Highmark Health, Athena Health, and Wayfair.

My focus has been on solving complex, high-stakes problems by building scalable systems that improve patient access, optimize delivery speed, and reduce operational waste.

Through data-driven platforms and strategic product leadership, my work has generated over $1.2 billion in revenue and saved more than $500 million in operational costs across all organizations.

I build products that scale, drive results, and make industries more efficient.

After generating $1.7B in impact with my work, my proudest moment in the career so far…

First Why this moment? I had the chance to lead one of the most defining projects of my professional journey…
What makes this moment even more meaningful is the human outcome. This work enabled long-term cost savings that would help reduce premiums for Highmark’s members. It reminded me that great product work doesn’t just move systems — it moves people’s lives forward…

I am particularly proud of the critical leadership role I played in Highmark’s successful acquisition of HealthNow of New York, another Blue Cross Blue Shield plan. As a key contributor to the integration strategy, I led the end-to-end evaluation of Highmark’s technology platform, covering 145 core capabilities across 20 domains.

I also led the estimation and planning for the transformation roadmap across two new partner organizations, resulting in a $207 million multi-year investment plan. This work gave me the opportunity to present directly to the CEO of Highmark, a company with over 37,000 employees, providing high-level visibility into both the strategic and financial implications of the integration.

My work was central to aligning executive stakeholders, shaping the integration architecture, and setting the foundation for scalable, cross-entity operations.

At Wayfair…

May 2022 – Present

Wayfair is the third-largest e-commerce player in home goods, trailing only Amazon and Home Depot. It sells everything from furniture to appliances, but its real edge has to come from logistics —delivering big, bulky items fast, reliably, and at scale.

That’s where I came in.

I turned supply chain into a growth engine — $450 million worth of it.

Over the past three years, I’ve increased revenue by $300 million per year and slashed operational costs by $150 million annually. That’s 3% of Wayfair’s entire 2025 revenue, driven by a single platform I built from the ground up.

My role

I am a Group Product Manager at Wayfair’s optimization domain. I lead three teams responsible for getting sofas, desks, and approximately 4.3 million types of home décor from Point A to “That corner near the window, please.

On paper, I run routing optimization. In reality, I manage the emotional rollercoaster between “I want this now” and “Why hasn’t it arrived yet?”

As a GPM, I am driving the 3-year vision behind Wayfair’s optimization stack — from PUSH vs. PULL models to multi-channel logistics. I built the system that is channel agnostic, only how fast and reliably it gets delivered.

And I don’t stop at shipping features. I run bi-annual planning for 9 teams across supply chain and retail tech, drive roadmap alignment across the orgs, and built the product muscle that made accountability and delivery a repeatable habit. [Read More…] List of my key accomplishments at Wayfair.

At Athena Health…

Athenahealth is a leading healthcare technology company focused on Electronic Health Records (EHR), revenue cycle management, and patient engagement. I worked in the Patient Experience division, where I led product initiatives aimed at reducing appointment disruptions.

My role

At Athenahealth, I led a patient access initiative that redefined appointment scheduling. I identified a high-value opportunity to reduce no-shows, cancellations, and reschedules, and successfully pitched the vision to leadership as a greenfield investment. I built and led a cross-functional team to launch an AI-powered optimization platform that matched patients to ideal time slots, enabled smart overbooking, and introduced self-scheduling and waitlists.

The solution reduced disruptions by 40 percent, added $5 million in revenue, and safeguarded $70 million in provider losses. It also boosted provider adoption by 3 percent and helped expand Athenahealth’s EHR market share… [Read More…]

At Highmark Health…

Highmark Health is one of the largest Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurers in the United States, serving over 12 million members across the country. It operates a diversified portfolio of health plans, including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA, and owns the healthcare technology subsidiary enGen.

My role

I began my journey at Highmark as a product manager working on core claims systems. Over time, I earned the opportunity to lead some of the organization’s most critical digital transformation efforts across enrollment, customer experience, and strategic acquisitions. My focus was always on the member, removing friction, improving access, and delivering outcomes that mattered.

One of my earliest contributions was building Highmark’s first robotic claims adjudication platform. This reduced manual intervention by 60 percent and saved six dollars per claim, laying the groundwork for automation across multiple functions.

I then turned to the Medicare Advantage program, where I led the design of a centralized sales and enrollment platform and modernized the member portal. This drove a 30 percent increase in new member enrollment, improved member retention to 97 percent, and cut customer care volume by 70 percent.

In my final role, I rearchitected Highmark’s RFP and onboarding process for new plan partners. By creating a capability-based estimation engine and standardizing proposal tools, I reduced onboarding timelines by 80 percent and increased success rates from 10 percent to 43 percent. This work enabled the acquisition of HealthNow BCBS, expanded Highmark’s member base by 5 million, and contributed to a 22 percent revenue increase in 2021.

Every project I led shared one goal. Make healthcare easier, accessible, and more affordable for the people it serves… [Read More…] List of my projects at Highmark
